Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across Couplers, FRP, Sonitec, Geotech, and Bar System products, ensuring accurate and up to date project pipelines and account data are maintained within the CRM system.
- Conduct regular client visits with proactive follow up, and provide weekly reports on sales activities, project status, customer feedback, and sales performance.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations, analyze customer needs, and propose tailored solutions to secure projects and achieve product specifications.
- Manage and grow the assigned key accounts by serving as the primary contact for strategic clients, consultants, and stakeholders, while developing and executing account strategies, opportunity mapping, forecasting, and cross selling initiatives to drive long term growth and retention.
- Prepare sales quotations in line with company pricing policies and project requirements, assess commercial risks, and submit for approval.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, delivery schedules, and project milestones, ensuring alignment with company policies and profitability objectives.
- Maintain monthly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with inventory levels, production planning, and lead times.
- Participate in weekly internal sales meetings to review project pipelines, align strategies, and define action plans.
- Contribute to the definition of sales budgets and growth strategies, ensuring assigned sales targets and profitability goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Monitor and report on market intelligence on competitors, pricing, customer feedback, and industry trends.
- Identify opportunities for product or solution development and service enhancements based on market needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, seminars, and exhibitions to strengthen brand presence and promote Dextra’s solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and trust, delivering responsive and reliable service to uphold the company’s reputation and quality standards.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in technical sales and solutions-oriented products
- Professional‑level proficiency in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with strong overall computer literacy
- Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing for infrastructure and high‑rise building projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate situations and implement effective solutions.
