Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects of new manufacturing processes and technologies in scope of machine programming, automation systems and control systems. (e.g. PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, sensors, and software)
- Perform simulation, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure automation system reliability and performance.
- Develop and integrate control systems, sensors, and actuators for automated processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Analyze existing manual or semi-automated processes to identify opportunities to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality and safety by recommending the automation solutions.
- Provide technical support for automation systems to the production and maintenance team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with production, maintenance, IT, and external suppliers to deliver automation projects as per commitment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, schematics, and protocols.
- Train operators and technicians on automation systems.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in automation, controls, or systems engineering.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft project.
- Proficiency with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), HMI/SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Standard document preparation and training skills
