Dextra Manufacturing has an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in our facility in Bangkok, Thailand. The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality management system.

What will you do?

• Build, maintain, and continually improve the quality management system
• Implement quality policies throughout the organization
• Update and improve the quality manuals, procedures, and process maps in accordance with the relevant standards, regulations, customer expectations, and organizational changes
• Prepare, validate, and implement the risk assessments and audit plans within the organization and lead the resulting improvement actions
• Lead the management review and follow up the improvement plan
• Empower process owners, ensuring processes are described, animated, measured (KPIs), reviewed, and improved through process reviews and management reviews; make sure the system is used as a driver for efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure obtain and maintain the organization's management system certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 19443, ASME QSC, etc.)
• Coordinate and ensure the resolution of complaints from customers or other interested parties

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields
• Full professional proficiency in English
• 5 years’ experience in quality assurance and quality management system is preferable
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity
