Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd. is looking for its Sales Admin. Officer based in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer database entry and maintenance.
- Preparing sales quotation according to company procedures.
- Handle and follow up sales orders.
- Provide order acknowledgement to customer with delivery schedules.
- Issue Picking list to warehouse for on-time delivery based on the sales order.
- Support AR Collection.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above.
- 2-5 years relevant sales admin experience.
- Fluent in English and Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Knowledge of Dynamic AX would be advantageous.
- Well organized and detail minded.
