Dextra Manufacturing is looking for its Maintenance Engineer that based at Pravet Factory.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program and control preventive /corrective maintenance of machine.
- Coordinate with production supervisor in the day per day to machine efficiency on process production.
- Control maintenance technicians to take care machine to keep production running on plan and solving the machines breakdown to a minimum of down time if necessary.
- Control maintenance technicians to perform the preventive maintenance programs of production machines and facilities in the day-to-day to maintain machines efficiency per machine specification.
- Full reports in the soft file relating to all functions performed by completing forms, logs, and records.
- Confirm the record down time and detail of work completed into concern paperwork to requestor for acceptance & signoff.
- Propose the improvements action & corrective action of machine to be properly.
- Propose to control the spare part stock and inventory in stock by month per month to ensure the spare parts are available for use.
- Issue purchasing request some spare parts as necessary or on preventive maintenance plan.
- Control maintenance technicians to installation & commissioning to new machine coming and ensure is i correctly positioned, connected to starting up and hand over to production.
- Effort to keep 55 in workshop, working area and machine on site after work finish in day to day.
- Participate to I509001, SS, TPM with implementation process and support Quality.
- Provide the machine manuals and maintenance document as necessary to ensure it is always available for reference and up to date.
- Provide supports to technicians’ team for continuous improvement.
- Summarize daily, weekly, monthly report to the Maintenance Manager.
- Additional duties and special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance department.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, drawings, and service manuals.
- Microsoft office: EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint, Project, CAD
