Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd. is looking for its CAD Technician/ Engineer based in Hong Kong.
Reporting to the Product Manager and based at our office located in Wan Chai area, your main responsibility will be to support the team daily project operations.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding Technical Requirements:
- Collaborate with the product manager, sales engineers, and the factory to comprehend customers’ technical requirements.
- Engage with contractors and consultants to validate project specifications and ensure alignment with design goals.
- Supplier Coordination:
- Communicate with suppliers to assess the feasibility of product specifications and address any technical challenges.
- CAD Design and Planning:
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D drawings based on project requirements.
- Develop detailed plans for machine components, structures, and other products.
- Supporting Sales and Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with sales engineers and the product manager to deliver design solutions to customers.
- Assist in preparing technical reports for clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Technical Criteria and Documentation:
- Contribute to maintaining accurate product lists, packing lists, and other technical documentation as needed.
- Product Marketing Support:
- Aid the Product Manager in creating promotional materials and notes related to product marketing.
- Temporary Assignments:
- Be open to temporary assignments as directed by managers.
Requirements/qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Engineering field.
- 2 years or above AutoCAD work experience.
- Engineering work experience at site works is required.
- Good communication, proactive and hardworking.
