Main Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Keep Tracking the shipment status and update in ERP and Logistics Dashboard
•    Process all foreign and deliveries of the company including DSP sales and other affiliates and 3rd party clients
•    Process all “trade abroad” shipments of the company.
•    Coordinate with warehouse for loading export shipment
•    Coordinate with forwarder agent for checking export shipping documents and get the original document on time
•    Dispatch original shipping documents to clients or submission to the bank depending on agreed payment terms
•    Shipment cost control
•    Provide a client the shipment notification
•    Interface with sales operation team and clients on all delivery information and issues if any
•    Gather all charges from forwarder agent, reviewing if the charges are in line with quotation and forward to accounting department
•    Summary the export invoices transaction between DM and other affiliates
•    Renew the export privileges for import duty exempt to the export shipment (FORM D, FTA INDIA, AUSTRALIA ETC)
•    Tasks as per assigned by manager or superior.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any related field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in import / export field
• Good Command of English.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Excellent understanding of logistics principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
