Job summary
Reporting into DGM Sales, the incumbent should manage the Sales and Marketing functions of bar business vertical and work closely with Regional Sales managers for achieving the Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Targets Set. Individual shall be responsible for demand and lead generation through specifications, Pre-sales activities, marketing, Ensuring the commercial transaction and Securing revenue in the segments of , Bar and other Dextra business.

To generate demand through visits, presentations and other awareness creation activities
To groom the regional commercial team with basic knowledge of Business Vertical-For transactional activities like, product briefing, across the table presentations, lead identification etc.
Responsible for maintaining effective working relationships with present clients
Developing an amicable working relationship with potential clients (Project owners, Consultants, Contractors, Applicators, Fabricators etc).
To develop new clients, vide prospecting & developing potential business opportunities.
