Main Duties and Job Responsibility:

The Group Quality Control Manager is responsible for leading and harmonizing quality control (QC) practices across Dextra’s global manufacturing plants, driving standardization, innovation, and operational excellence. The role is pivotal in ensuring consistent QC processes across all production facilities in Thailand, China, Hong Kong and India in compliance with international standards and customer expectations. Additionally, the Group QC Manager will spearhead the integration of advanced technologies to automate and enhance QC processes, ensuring precision, efficiency, and scalability.


Reporting to our Group QHSE Manager, the Group QC Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, production staff, and plant managers to implement cutting-edge QC methodologies, foster a culture of continual improvement and drive process-oriented quality control across the production. The Group QC Manager will play a critical role in shaping DEXTRA’s global quality strategy, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of industry standards.
