Provide technical phone support and field response to equipment issues.
Recommend on-site preventive & curative scheduled maintenance to ensure optimum operation and a minimum of downtime.
Provide detailed technical documentation relating to all functions performed by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintain and develop successful relationships with production managers
Coordinate with local authorities on any necessary paperwork.
Inventory management i.e., ordering components and parts.
Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications. Assist in the day-to-day operations as necessary.
Additional duties and special projects as required.
Integrate and/or improve existing automation systems
Programming of HMI and Robots
Advanced troubleshooting for complex systems
Leading improvement projects in terms of OEE, cost saving, and efficiency improvements
Support engineering team to define specifications for new machines and automation systems
Supervise the MTN team in DIN
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience: At least 10 years of experience in hands-on maintenance management.
English Level: Good command of English communication.
ITS skills: A computerized Maintenance Management System is preferred.
