Key Responsibilities
• Production monitoring development: OEEs, Takt time.
• Conducting small-scale experiments and simulations to test process improvements.
• Leading root cause analysis for process deviations and implementing corrective actions.
• Supporting Engineering department in troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Conducting cost-benefit analyses for process changes.
• Training and mentoring production technical staff.
• Implement NPI (New Products Industrialize).
• Leading cross-functional teams in complex projects and new process implementations.
• Monitoring and documenting process parameters – Working instructions creation.
• Participating in safety audits and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Organize related function parts to well prepare WI, fixtures, and training before production starts.
• Designing and implementing process improvements and optimizations on 5S, changeover, Kaizen.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.
Requirement
• Bachelor degree in engineering, majored in Material Processing Engineering or Mould designing and Manufacturing or Industrial Design Engineering.
• At least 2 years as production engineer or technology engineer.
• Basic knowledge on programing of CNC lathe or CNC milling or Robot.
• Standard office suite, Auto CAD.
