2. Lead and instruct supplier for Dextra’s standard and requirement
- Assuring supplier understanding and compliance with Dextra’s SQA, ITP
3. Lead on supplier quality issue
- Issue NCR to supplier for supplier relate issue, Root cause identify and corrective action request
- Review and approve of CAR or 8D from supplier
4. Monitor periodically supplier performance
- Review and report supplier number of Non-conforming periodically
5. Supplier qualification, new product, new process, new supplier
- Review and approve PPAP submission for new product/process/supplier qualification
6. New/Current Supplier Assessment audit
- Perform new supplier assessment to support sourcing strategy follow Dextra’s supplier audit standard
- Plan and Perform periodically Current supplier audit
7. Continuous Supplier Improvement
-Improving quality performance of suppliers by conducting onsite workshops at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing a robust quality system
