Essential duties and Responsibilities (others may be assigned)
Sales:
Cold calling, Identify clients, application & precast structural consultants.
Timely updating of CRM. (Salesforce)
Find Green field & brown field precast projects, create new opportunity for Dextra.
Visit regularly key accounts to support customer needs, enhance loyalty and identify new business opportunities.
Willing to travel 50 -60 % of the time
Collect Project information for effective negotiation of price and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Provide pre-sales technical Know-How, Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Site coordination for successful completion of projects.
Work on after-sales support, provide technical back up as required arrange and carry out product installation training.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Provide support material for other members of the sales team / functional team.
Consolidate sales forecasts to accuracy of 90-95 % and attend monthly reviews and updates in coordination with planning and logistic departments.
Timely report of imbalance of thread Vs coupler in their respective projects.
Marketing:
To establish good rapport and relationship with architects / specifiers and industrial / infrastructural consultants / contractors to specify our products.
Lobby with precast manufactures and identify new projects.
